As a long time communications leader and executive speaking coach, I’ve reviewed resumes and LinkIn profiles, conducted interviews and hired hundreds of early in career candidates. I know what screeners and hiring managers are looking for in candidates. I’m a professional writer, a great storyteller and have spent years helping career professionals find their authentic voice and develop their personal brand. Carmen has been a leader, advisor and mentor in the business world for over 30 years. With a background in communications, strategic advising and executive coaching, she has a proven track record in helping executives at all levels achieve their business goals.
Most recently, Carmen has worked with early in career professionals as well as more senior level managers to successfully start careers and land roles with their dream companies. Having interviewed potential candidates for hundreds of different roles across companies and industries, she has experience and a keen insight into what employers are looking for as well what it takes to secure the role.

How much time will this take?
The first two phases will take no more than two weeks. Once an interview is secured, you will have up to four sessions of 1:1 coaching and four after interview post mortem sessions

If I book today, how much do I pay?
An initial 50% deposit is required to begin. The second half is due once resume, LinkedIn profile and interview worksheet is complete
What happens after I book?
We schedule a two week time period to begin working. Prior to that time period, we will outline the dates when we will meet and the milestones associated with each meeting time.
